Blissful Goodbye
The sun's rays blind you, as you sit and stare
No one there beside you, just the winded air
Sitting in the grass, the squirrels your company
Here come the birds, retiring in the tree
The crickets chirping, saying hello
Clouds looking down at the trees below
As wind comes the leaves shiver in fear
For they know what's to happen in end of their year
Watching fall's bliss you can't help but sigh
Seeing everything's last goodbye
For the beautiful forest and all its glory
Spring awaits to continue the story
