Camp Sloan
It’s been five summers
Since I’ve been
But I remember it
ever so clear
Now close your eyes
I’ll take you there
Do you hear the trickling melody
Of the river ahead
So sweet and soothing
Like the lullaby that rocks
You to sleep at night
Now look ahead
Do you see how
The jungle green moss crawls
Its way up the tall proud trees
Now watch as the sun fades
Creating a passion fruit mixture
Of fiery red and citrus orange
As the whistling wind
Creates a feel of tranquility
Welcome to my sacred place
