Just My Imagination
I always thought the sky was another world.
In a universe,
No, a planet,
Where nothing had to be explained,
Where we could be the clouds all fluffy and white
different images and then stars of the night.
The sky was a different world,
That I think,
I think like a bird,
Flying in the Sun's watery ink,
spilling all over the city.
The city speaks
it says, to the sky, "we don't care what you think."
But, I am still flying and fluttering in the air.
