Mind games
the most dangerous of all. most damaging, confusing. how can you tell the difference between reality or a game? how do you know you haven't already lost the game? can you distinguish the difference between reality and distortion?
things you think about can cause hurt, frustration, confusion...until it becomes a fight in your mind. if you lose-you're gone. questions unanswered, no possible way to get others to grasp what you mean. beoming and staying on "autopilot" for days...
memories-gone. days-gone. laughter, excitement, feelings-all gone. just like that....
mind game or reality?
