Midnight Beach MAG
The sand below me tickles my legs.
It's five degrees below freezing,
and the waves roll with the lighthouse.
My thoughts dissipate and run away, skimming the ocean top.
They are disguised,
as they scream into the moonlight.
The fire cracks behind us,
and the six string sings in millions of different chords.
Voices chime as the seagulls sleep.
We rock their serenity 'til morning peaks.
