Procrastination
Procrastination,
Should be my middle name.
My number one enemy
From deep with inside of me.
Pulsing through my body,
Absorbing my thoughts of calmness and destroying them.
Procrastination,
Allows me to become an insomniac.
I am now a soldier in battle,
A never-ending war with myself
Pitted against homework.
Homework is winning.
Procrastination,
Boggles my mother’s mind,
As she yells at me to go to bed at 2 in the morning.
I regret the inventor of procrastination,
Profoundly.
