Fixiated Cry
Gaze into my stare
You have no idea what it means
Untied at the seams
No obvious connection
You smile, I bleed
An ulcer that stabs through my linings
A hurt so serious
When I look to find you
You’re not there
I wish you knew how to catch my stare
Still you gaze…
At what you can’t understand
On the surface
Unable to immerse yourself in truth
Away; fading into me
Not looking at what you’re getting into
Shallow end of the stick-
Menacing huffs of air
Straining to fix the broken enigma
Still clothed, no sign of nakedness
It lies before you…
Comprehension never born
The shallow film consumes you

People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within.<br /> By Elisabeth Kuebler-Ross
