Rejection?
Lovelier than the moonlight,
Lovelier than anything, he was.
At least to me.
I prayed he would recognize me someday and realize I've been the the most faithful out of me and his so-called 'lover.'
"Maybe someday,"
He said
"Maybe someday we'll be together."
It sounded like sarcasm or a lie.
What he probably meant to say was
"Most likely never,
Most likely we'll never be together."
I thought about what he said
And asked myself...
Was it rejection?
Or was it something I deserved for Chris Brown-ing his girlfriend accross the face yesterday?
