Create Beautiful
What if I was beautiful?
Full of life and joy.
A smile always
Springing from my lips
Ready to leap into the world,
And create beauty
Where there was none before.
Not enough anyways.
What if I was beautiful?
Graceful and caring
Ready to listen.
Hoping for the sound of a voice
Laden with joy or sorrow.
Skim across the air
And graze my ear.
What if I was beautiful?
Light as air and ready for fun.
Always pointedly poised at the edge
Awaiting a new adventure.
Grasping at an idea.
One ready for creation.
Allowing all around me to laugh.
Happy pain tearing at their sides
Aching from too much jubilance.
What if I was beautiful?
With someone to hold my had
Delicate and tender.
Me leaving it to rest in space
Waiting for the acceptance of my invitation.
To warm my palms with their affection.
