My cat’s name is Daisy
She is very crazy
She hates my dog
She tried to eat a frog
She was a gift from my neighbor
We did them a favor
Her favorite animals are cats
She hates wearing hats
She likes to hide
Her favorite detergent is Tide
Although she isn’t very fat
Daisy is my cat

The author's comments:
I like my cat Daisy, so I chose to write an ode about Daisy.

Thanks so much, unfortunately, Daisy died today.  I am very upset, but grateful that I have this poem to remember her by.
