letters of death by a broken heart
Love is like death
It can be painful and quick
Or you can sit there knowing there is no pain that can equal up to the lost
A broken heart has no equivalent
It’s vengeful
Hateful
Worthless
Uncaring
Pathetic
And unfair
And if there is something that can hurt more than a physical stab to the heart
Its seeing the one you love with another
No tears will fall from these eyes
At least not here
I’d rather die
Than to let myself fall into weakness in front of others
I would rather have him with her and be blissful
Than to be with me in misery
They say the truth will set you free
But what if it begins to kill you slowly
Nothing hurts more than a broken heart
But that’s because a broken heart
Is death to the soul
