Daddy
Don't ever stop playing your songs daddy,
The humming never stops playing in my heart
I hold each memories dear
For I fear the day that we part
No more wind chimes and dream catchers hanging
I'll miss the milk truck backing up
The sweet smell of smokey bacon in the morning
There's no place else I'd rather be
Then the place I call home
Rolling hills of brown cows grazin
Do you remember when grandpa used to pick me up?
Pushing me on that swing
As cars slowly passin
Grease and car exhaust smell better then roses
Loud car motors and the drives up to Canada
The beautiful trees that used to shade me
As i played in that sand box
You inspire me to be a parent, and a good one at that
Breakin and takin things apart
Your the best father I could have got
Daddy, your soul keeps movin along
It never stops
Don't worry soon we'll all be together, forever again
Moma too,
Playin the same parts
What more could we all ask for?
Dad I'll never forget you
I'll try my best to smile the day you die daddy, I will
I wont cry
Daddy, I'll miss you please make it up to heaven
