Tricks
I seem to have lost myself
deep in this game,
of lying, cheating, and stealing---
it's all the same.
Disgusted with myself,
blaming others what for.
As I stare back at this mirage,
I ask you: 'What more?'
Who are you
to judge me now?
Taking none of the blame
as you break our solemn vows.
Locked inside
my own personal fix,
how could I have known
you'd turn my mind with tricks?
Mirror, mirror
on the wall,
please tell me now:
Who are you?
... And where did I go?
