Hollow is my body
Broken is my heart
Lonely is my soul
Tear-stained is my face
Woe is me!

Brown eyes mist
Pink lips quiver and shake
Tears trickle down
Makeup leaves a black trail

Soft, pale, unscarred
Feeling numb
In need of a friend
From soft to scarred

The cliff draws near
Water splashes below
Falling…I am defying gravity
Forever sleep
