Can You See My Heart?
Can you see my heart?
Say you can see my heart.
I can see your heart all velvet and purple.
Your my Italiana Poetica of this world we don't belong.
Time has no conquering of us.
We fear it not.
You have jumped off the terrace, taken a leap into the new world of your new life.
I fear seeing you again.
Getting close, kissing.
It's something I never dares to do.
But I will take this leap.
New heights I will reach.
To this reality,
I welcome it with open arms and I can't wait to spend my present and future with you.
The future is beautiful but I still fear it.
