I lay in the dark
With no idea
Where I am
Or who I am
All I know is
Who I once was
But now your lies
Have taken that away
The whispering shadows
Tell me the truth
And I separate it
From your words
I thought I knew
What life had in store
But now I can’t even see
The light at the end of my tunnel
