Griffins and gargoyles, latching unto the snow encrusted mountain, shrieking their misery to the deaf sun.
The icicles on the world deaden the sound of falling snow.
Freezing winds hid tears of melancholy.
But the saints march on.

I loved reading these beautiful words! It is written with wonderful creativity, and I love the idea behind the poem. It depicts, to me, the way that the world can be cruel and tough, and yet WE PERSEVERE!
