I've Had Enough
I want to change those two-faced little brats.
The ones that hug you with a smile,
and then plunge a diamond-edged dagger in your back.
They take you down with their words ripping you apart barbarically.
All they cause is pain. But why?
Why cause so much pain?
You aren't changing who I am and you never will.
I am who I am. I admit my mistakes and learn from them.
You are a hawk, waiting keenly to find a flaw.
And when you find one, you are ecstatic!
So I say again, why?
Why waste your days away playing as a pawn
on this childish game of yours.
Well I am exhausted from trying to win this game.
Therefore I am throwing in the towel,
raising the white flag.
Leave me out of this, it only hurts me, and causes pain.
