And so it Begins...
And so it begins, the fight No one wins
Needles and pins, no sympathy violins
Forced to pick sides, I cannot decide
As It further collides, my conscience divides
Seeing through lies, a closeness demise
Since I can’t I hide, I’ll need a disguise
Tempers so thin, away with my pen
I’ll always seek Zen, more now than back when
It all made sense, there was no suspense
It’s a forest so dense; my new mental defense
This Anger’s a gun, it will never be done
I wish to just run, a new life begun
Writing’s my addiction, Drama: my affliction
Too many interdictions and too few benedictions
Reality is shifting, my spirit needs lifting
Words unspoken are demonic tokens
It appears to have woken; a will so broken
By no means provoking, dark thoughts are evoking
It was simple joking, that started smoking
Walking in a haze, my mind, it strays
Approaching now: the end of days, things ablaze
And so it begins, a kick in the shins
And so it begins, no one will win
