Color my personality not my skin
If you’re going to judge me
Judge my actions not my beliefs
If you’re going to punish me
Punish for my sins not my birthplace
If your going to color me,
Color my personality not my skin

I wrote this for a social studies project. It was meant to be an allusion to a poem called "Color Me Equal".
