Like a 1,000 piece puzzle
do we cry when one is missing
without one, do we notice?
The image is clear but the entire piece is still incomplete
Still imperfect
Can you rest knowing you have no piece to fill the void?
Seeking a piece that may have been thrown away long ago
Or was never manufactured
Could that missing piece be the utter reflection of it’s whole?
Puzzling
Still guessing the where-about of this single, solitary piece
