Tomorrow Will Come
Hope,
That’s what I feel.
Always there,
Just beyond my reach.
When I’m almost there,
It’s gone again,
Somewhere,
in the distance.
Dependable,
A rock in the rolling tide.
Strength for when I have none.
A bright horizon,
peaking over in the distance,
With deep hues of red and orange.
A second chance.
Opportunity to do better.
I’ve never been there.
I never will.
And that gives the
Mysterious aura of
Tomorrow.
