We Don't Know Him
I see a flash of black go past
Its his Amerian Express card.
And just like that within that instant
I judge him.
Hes a rich kid,
spoiled maybe an only child.
But I know nothing of him.
I can't see the bruises,
though long faded from his skin still linger on his heart.
I can't,
In that split second know who he is.
I can't watch him and know the things he's been through.
And you know what?
Neither can you.
