Because of you...
Why must it end?
Why can’t we keep it alive?
Its been built up from the ground
and now we decide to throw it away?
What has this cruel world done with our love?
With each kiss you took a piece of me.
With each sweet embrace I let myself sink even deeper.
Every smile that has crossed upon my face
has been because of you.
Every tear my eyes have shed
has been because of you.
My pillow has felt my sorrow.
It has seen my rage.
It has seen the despair my heart holds.
But when I’m with you and it sees me.
Its sees happiness, kindness, and love.
Now it feels itself being squeezed hard,
and thrown against the wall.
It feels the rage in my soul spreading to behind words.
And it’s all because of you.
You did this to me! How dare you!
We were happy and in love.
And now you’ve shattered that.
All my dreams involved you.
Now they are broken because of you.
Everything is your fault.
I hope you know that.
I’m sorry that I sound so mad
but this is what you have done to me.
This is what I have become
because of the love we shared through our veins.
Everything.
Everything in my world
has been broken into a million pieces.
Because of you…
