Daddy's Little Girl
You say maybe later then walk away. You never really cared what I had to say. My heart ached for your oppinion yet it was never given. You made me hope; you made me cry. I can remember each and every moment as if it just passed by. I didn't care if you agreed with me. I just wanted to make you see, I love you. And with each and every hit this statment was still true. You left me bruises, but i still ached more inside. I wanted my daddy back and thats what i longed to find. Now i sit in heaven all the hurt far from me. I look down at my daddy and see he hopes and prays I only remember the man he used to be.
