Dirt Road
As I walk along my picked out path
I notice such wondrous things
Brilliant colors, flowers, happy people
Of all the people I see
I wonder who will walk with me
Of those that walk with me
We share so many wondrous things
I show people to dance in the rain
While other have shown me
The meaning of a window pane
I have showed people
Just what love does
While others reflect to me
All that God does
Some have shown me
To play with the bee
While I have shown others
To rest like a deer; free
Of all that I've been shown
I still long for home
People think paths are forward bound
While really, people
Move all around
