To be seen once again...
I'm tired of being
Who they want me to be
By living for them,
I've died to me.
I lost my heart
When I cried a lake of tears.
My soul was shattered
When I faced my fears
Of losing those
that mattered most.
Now I walk through the world as a ghost,
Unseen by eyes
Once filled with love.
Now I wish upon the stars above
All that I long for
Is to be seen once again.
Not as who I'm not
But for who I've always been.
