Misunderstood
Everybody adored her,
But beyond her eyes,
The lies,
The aversion,
And despise,
Lay the truth,
This gorgeous girl,
Was insecure.
Her looks were her life,
Her way out,
Of trouble,
‘Cause no one would doubt,
She’d be an heiress,
For not laying a finger,
On a sacrifice.
She went to the mall,
With no one at her side,
No one to bide,
On the beauty,
That she could not hide,
But did she care any?
No, for she would never fall.
At school she was not seen,
Everybody thought she’d dropped out.
What was this all about?
In class,
She would always pout,
But bored one day,
A girl found her in,
A magazine?
Why?
What was she doing there?
Her complexion was quite fair,
Was she a model?
An heir,
To a throne?
Or was she just a girl, hidden,
Behind a lie?
Skimming through the article, it was found,
She had changed the world,
Just one girl.
But how, you ask?
She had found a pearl,
With a cure,
A cure for any aversion,
She ended up being profound.
