forever means through all?
I could have laughed, but whats the point?
I could have smiled, but whats the point?
I could have turned my head, but whats the point?
I could have cried, but whats the point?
I could have not forgiven, but whats the point?
I could have loved, but whats the point?
I could have stayed standing, but whats the point?
I could have been mad, but whats the point?
I could make a point, but whats the point?
-
Theres no point in laughing, because it wasn't funny.
Theres no point in smiling, because I wasn't happy.
Theres no point in looking away from it, because it was thrown in my face.
Theres no point in crying, because whats done is done, thats that.
Theres no point in holding a grudge, because theres no good reason.
Theres no point in loving, because maybe I never did.
Theres no point in staying up, because I was pushed so hard.
Theres no point in being mad, because I see a reason.
I thought you loved me forever, but when it gets to hurt, I guess thats when you turn and run.
And I dont regret anything.
Not the second or third chance.
Not the time I spent.
Not the effort I put forth.
Not the happiness I lost.
Not the boy that I still love.
Whats the point?
