Thunder rolls
With a black sky outside
I grab his hand tightly
This won't damage my pride
A flash outside
I've always loved lightning
My mood's getting lighter
It's really quite frightening.
How a look, how his eyes
Can make everything brighter
While slowly, but surely,
My chest's getting tighter.
