Questions for a friend
what does it mean to lose a friend?
will it hurt ‘til the end?
will this person ever return?
and why does this feeling burn,
wax and wane as the day grows old?
others can only mask the pain: gild it in gold
Is there any thing i can do to fix this?
is there a path back to the bliss?
i just want my heart to stop shouting,
so i can hear myself think; let those thoughts out
sorry is what i want to say
but i feel it won’t satisfy the price i should pay
i try my best to forget you and how i feel
but every memory is still as sharp as steel
