Superficial Hairless Cats
Why is it that wild flowers don't only flourish in the wild?
And their vibrant petals don't lay limp in exquisite gardens?
Their name betrays them, provides an endless sea of lies
And us, clothed beings, chant our adoration
for anything natural
anything that lacks our polluted aura
Why is it that we wish to be damaged by the sun
Willing to die
For merely the case
Of sexual attraction
On more serious terms, the matter of love
and how so many of us are aspiring actors
Praying to another lie that is god
for moonlit kisses and true emotion
