Ive tried so hard to forget you
But I would never want to unmeet you
your touch lingers on my skin
And the taste on my lips
Memories replay and remind in my head
Leaving me breathless
Wounds wide open
Hurt stinging like a sunburn
Want like a shadow
Need as clear as day
Regret haunting my every move
Too much time has passed
For me to still feel this way
Love pulsing like electricity
For you
It cant be undone
Any razor sharp words
Or ice cold stares
All that is left is
Fragmented pieces
Of us.
And a past that cannot be erased
