Who is that Girl
Who is that girl you see walking down the hallway
Living a lie
Wanting to let it go
But it has a tight grip around her heart
It wont let go
Pulling tighter and tighter
The girl is holding her breath
She needs to cut that cord
She asks herself
Who is this person living my life?
I don’t want this.
I’ve made many mistakes
Physical scars
Mentally hurt
Put aside the thoughts
She is breaking her shell
No more sleepless nights
Wrap her up in your arms
She needs the embrace
Beautiful and wonderful is who she really is
Watch her bloom into who she was meant to be
