To my crush,
I know that you will never read
This poem that I write to thee
I know that you won't waste your time
To even here this silly rhyme
I hate the things you make me say
I hate that you make me feel this way
But I can't help the way I am
And you will never understand
Everytime I see you with her
The world around becomes a blur
My heart begins to beat so fast
I hope you two will never last
But I love the way she makes you smile
If I could, I would stare for a while
So I'll go on like nothing is wrong
Till the day you decide to play along
