I Believe
I believe that the sky is nothing,
Nothing more than a blanket with some holes.
I believe clouds are nothing,
Nothing more than floating globs of marshmallows.
I believe the sun is nothing,
Nothing more than a giant candle providing us with light.
I believe the moon is nothing.
Nothing more than the white ash from the candle's wick.
I believe that eyes are nothing.
Nothing more than portals into another world.
I believe that hair is nothing.
Nothing more than memories and thoughts forgot long ago being cleaned out.
I believe that money is nothing.
Nothing more than leaves picked from a rare tree.
I believe that we are nothing.
Nothing more than what we want to be.
