The wick on my candle is growing short
The light around me is growing dim
But I will wait
Even when the wick is out
The light is out
And I am blind
I will do anything
To be by your side

The wick is growing short
The light around me is growing dim
The wax is running down my hand
Though I promised to withstand
Forever and a day
I feel like I have to run away

The wick is growing short

My candle is out
