"You have brains in your head'
You have feet in your shoes,
You can steer yourself in any
direction you choose.
Your on your own,
and you know what you Know,
you are the guy
who'll decide
where to go."
- Dr. Seuss

Dust collecting in the small tray,
a letter is drawn on the board
particles flying in every direction,
then another letter,
and another.
And it's a feverish frenzy,
getting the newest notion-
some teaching trick
onto the board
and ultimately,
into our heads.
(or so they think.)
But me?
I'm still watching the dust particles,
dancing and flowing,
drifting and flying,
and that's whats inspiring me.

The author's comments:
I wrote this in fourth period, when Mr. Arcurie was trying to show us how to set the product of the extremes equal to the product of the means.
