Dreams
The sun doesn’t shine brightly
The stars seemed to have dulled
The moon is constantly new
The world I live in is dark
I remember a time
When the sunlight blazed blindly
And the stars sparkled in the dark sky
And the moon reflected the sunlight
But these days have gone and passed
We have destroyed the beauty that was left
And now the night never leaves
Since there’s no point seeing crushed dreams
In a world where dreaming is all we have.
