Turkish Delight
Very few girls call me sweet.
If I'm like berries,
then you’re a peach.
When thinking of you,
love is in my reach.
Not just that I hope it lasts
don't mistake I wanted you in my past.
Part of me still wants you and part of me doesn't
then again part of me still wants my cousin.
But that's another story now back to you,
Miss I look good anywhere
and at everything I do
Is it alright if I call you star angel.
It’s not my fault you look cute from all angles.
I love how you have a heart
that shines like a gold bangle.
Your soul is beautiful
and if not beyond it.
I'm not overacting,
I'm just being honest.
I'm hoping for the day to make everything right,
and so we can show our love all through the night.
even after high school you would be worth the long flight,
so that once again I can be your shining knight.
As corny as this poem is what do you expect it’s a love write,
but one thing is true is that your always my sight.
I still love you Poetry your sweet like Turkish Delight.
