Fall Strife
Yellows, reds, and oranges, everywhere
So bright so vivid they are beautiful
They lay trial and fall from the sky, just look anywhere
They float like dancers at a festival
Flowing, swirling together but apart
Alone they all want to prove themselves
Together they will be the greatest then depart
When they stop there fall they seem to be thieves
The fall colors are so beautiful and rich
The snow and cold are both a friend and enemy
They fall not float to wither in a ditch
They had their show and are no longer dreamy
They will return to fight again for life
They will never give to repeated strife
