Ignore the twinkle in his eyes
You don’t know what it really says
The shine translates to mischievousness
The glint is corruption
Meet the Fool
Note the glint on his teeth
And the diamonds patterning his body
He is wiser than you know
Meet the Vendor
His wares cost many dearly
His sleeves carry many secrets
Poker faces mean nothing
Just take your merchandise and go
Meet the Executioner
The black hood hides a grimace
And the gloves a quiver
He goes home and puts his feet up by the fire
Sighing, he studiously forgets
