Fill me with deep hues and vibrant shades
Add to me details and depth
For I stand with purple lids and blue lips
Lost are my peaches and pinks
Colors drip off me as if I were glass
Mixing to form soft
blacks and sweet browns
Known to the earth
where I so long to be

hey i love this poem!! It's very descriptive so that I can see it happening in my mind...like some kind of transforming stage. Keep writin', oh and check out my work if you'd like! I'm tryin to make my 'Someday' poem known. It's my favorite and I think it speaks a huge message.

Deep and thoughtful....you truly show what happens when you care too much about your looks! You lose yourself. A thing for me to be proud of that I never fell into that trap. Regardless, I'm giving you a 5. Keep it up!
