Breeding Ground for Intoxication

Determined and unruly,
I race for the beaten rubber tire.
My turn is up next.
A roller coaster with a single car, just for me.
Eyes forced shut from the rushing wind, my stomach rises up and down into nausea.
Suddenly it stops and dizzily I stand up.
My eyes fall into focus and
I hop right back in line with a huge grin on my face.
