HORSES
His stride long and smooth
His hoof beats hit the ground one after another in rhythm
His mane sways like angel wings in the sky
like wind carrying a leaf that broke off a limp limb
A creature that has no battery
But will keep running till his heart bursts
Wild or tame
You can never take their pride away
No fence or stall can keep them in
They grow on you and you grow on them
There is no growing apart
God sent them for their glory, and we ride them for ours
