The Poetry Of.
Stop.
Listen.
There is poetry in the breaths that I take,
Make me, breathe in your aura
Intoxicate me with the vibrance of you.
Gaze upon Cosmic Fire
Watch as our skins drink in the Moon's Shine
Liquid amber with emerald's edge,
Make me punch-drunk with desire,
Tonight, exist for me.
Press your lips to this page and taste in the ink,
Bittersweet vulnerability, spiced with apprehension
Yet, a hunger you arise within me
An indulgence of variables, sweeter than sin.
Touch, the silkscreen of uncertainty that we have erected between us
Does it shimmer? Falter?
The vitality of our two hearts racing,
At the first tentative,
Touch, will this fragile glass shatter?
Will it even matter?
Because with all sensibilities pleading
And all sensibility aside,
I will let you, share the poetry of my body.
