locked in yourself
the mask i hold to the world is made of wax
it melts under the tears
I hate my body, face the way I act
my hopes give way to fears
I hold others out with locks and chains
but they really just lock me in
i try hard but still fall and those winners take all
an endless game i still ahve yet to win
i curese wheat I see, so dumb and faulty
I'm staring in the mirror
