In the Changing Seasons
In Spring I floated with the breeze
And watched the lilies and tulips
Unfold their beauty.
In winter I whirled around
With powdery snow
And topped the thatched roofs,
Like a Christmas card.
In autumn, I fell soft with the rain and leaves,
Mingling in the red-brown clay.
In summer I was the warm wind
Which blew from the west
And pleased the babies and the lovers.
Change frightens only the frail,
Who may not see another season.
