&quot;Happiness can be found in even the darkest of times, one needs only remember to turn on a light.&quot;<br /> -Albus Percival Wulfrick Brian Dumbledore, in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Her name was Claire
She sat in her chair.
Where she was alone
Chilled to the bone.
Her silence screamed in our ears
At home were her tears.
They called her names
Her soul inflames.
The world played a bluff
So she played it once she’d had enough.
She said good-bye
Her life had gone awry.
She walked upstairs
No answer came to her prayers.
She took the jump rope
It used to be her cape of good hope.
It was her refuge long ago
It made her happy, although.
She tied the rope on a light
Because it’s not alright.
When it came to the chair the next day
She was away.
And the silence chilled them to the bone
Because they were alone.

This is a piece about how people can bully one another and not realize what they have, until it's gone.
