He ran his hands over the desert of her body
and he chose to make it grow.
Fingers rasped over sandpaper skin, paper thin¬¬ -
He kneaded the valleys and raised the mountains,
he pulled down the rivers and watched them swell.
She felt his hands on the desert of her body
and she chose to let it grow.
Tears soaked the barren land, ran in the sand-
She coaxed the valleys and demanded the mountains,
she sang forth the rivers and watched them swell.
